I care about meaningful education experiences.
Helpful, consistent and responsive, I’m ready for your next project.
I specialise in working with groups of English as an Additional Language (EAL) and adult learners; and have creatively designed and implemented over 30 learning programs for the vocational education and training sector, local government and not-for-profit organisations.

I am a strengths-based educator who has keen experience from the vocational education and training and community adult learning sectors. My passion is adult learning with a community development focus. I create programs that get people invested in their learning experiences.
I have run a successful private tutoring business for at-risk secondary school students and supported them to finish high school. I have worked with newly arrived refugees and migrants across their settlement journey to learn English and find social stability. I currently work with hard-to-reach local community members to co-design training and employment programs for supported and sustainable pathways.
Throughout my career I have been tagged as ‘the Editor’ by managers and colleagues. This has given me a wealth of on-the-job experience in writing and editing project briefs, grant applications, manuals, briefings and even a number of carefully worded emails! I edit with skilled-sensitivity to preserve the writer’s voice; and share my process and reasoning so you can hone your craft and become a better writer.
These many hats I have worn in my career have been supported by a breadth of relevant tertiary education:
- BA, The University of Melbourne, 2009
- BBus, Victoria University, 2012
- GradDipEd, Victoria University, 2013
- TAE40116, Victoria University, 2014
- TAEASS502, Bendigo Kangan Institute, 2019
I work with community groups, education and training organisations, not-for-profit organisations, government agencies and authors. I like a challenge so if you have something in mind reach out and let’s talk.
In my spare time, I’m a trial-and-error gardener and Lizzo enthusiast living in Melbourne’s west.
Let’s talk!
